Understanding the Delivery Time

The journey your order takes is divided into two stages: Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Every product at Kentious is curated with care and attention to detail. The time taken to prepare your order for shipment is the “Processing Time”. Once it’s ready to be shipped, the “Shipping Time” begins.

Processing Time

The duration of the processing varies across our range of products. While some items are ready to ship within a day. The estimated processing time for each product is mentioned on its respective page. When your order takes flight, we’ll notify you via your registered email, sharing the tracking details and the expected delivery date.

Shipping Time

In the face of challenges like the ongoing pandemic, occasional delivery delays might occur. However, our commitment is steadfast – to get your orders to you as promptly as we can.

Shipping Within the USA

From our US warehouse at 8484 Progress Dr, Frederick, MD 21701, we offer:

• Standard Shipping:

  • FREE for orders above $120.00
  • Duration: 6-10 working days

For orders in Vietnam, we will deliver from the store address in Vietnam with shipping time within 1-2 working days.

• FREE for orders above $120.00

 

About late delivery:

 

Orders are almost always shipped on time. Unexpectedly, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

• Mistaken address.

• Missing number of apartments, buildings, floors or units.

• Extreme weather conditions.

• International customs clearance.
